You want to unleash your confidence, receive more attention and become noticeable.

Heels Group Program:

1 part - Warm-up (short workout, stretching):
powerful warm-up based on pilates and yoga. Everything you need  to prepare your body for dancing on heels. (in socks)

2 part - Walking techniques:
special exercises based on ballet, jazz dance school adopted for heels dancing. You will master all the details to learn any choreography.

3 part - Choreography :

5 to 8 lessons are spend to learn one choreography on regular classes (depending on the group dynamic).In the end of every choreography students are taking part of the group / solo videos to track the result.

Quick note before booking!


You’ll need Sofi’s approval to book a trial class for this regular group (Tuesdays 18:30 and Thursdays 18:00). Since we focus on choreography, jumping in mid-way can make it uncomfortable for you. Let’s make sure you're ready to join us at the perfect time!
